CITES: Information on UID and OGMS. As we are approaching Rajyapuraskar Online Registration (Expected to begin from 15thApril 2016), we are constantly receiving intimations on cases like OGMS, Scouts with Guide UIDs and vice versa, Scouters with Guiders UIDs and vice versa, UIDs not received for 2013/2014/2015 Pravesh etc. This has been discussed in the CITES Core Council and had decided to close these issues at the earliest with the help of RITCs. Following is the mitigation plan for now and future. 1. All RITCs can reset OGMS in case of a UID / Date of Birth Mismatch or Re-Registration of Units. This needs to be send as a formal request from concerned ITCs. Those received from personal mails will not be accepted. 2. All UIDs pending to be issued for 2015 Pravesh or Registered but not issued for 2015 or similar cases will be given with another chance for online registration from 12th April 2015. Last date for the same will be 20th April 2016, and the UIDs will be uploaded by 30th April 2016. 3. All the UIDs pending to be issued for 2014 Pravesh Online Registration or Registered but not issued for 2014 or similar cases, can be send to Nasif C. M ( nasif@ksbsg.in) on or before 12th April 2016. This needs to be send by District IT Councillors and those received after said date or from personal mails will not be accepted. 4. All the UIDs pending to be issued for 2013 Pravesh or before needs special approval for Hon. State Secretary and this will be issued if the case is genuine on enquiry from State Headquarters. 5. For Scouts with Guide UIDs and vice versa or Scouters with Guiders UIDs and vice versa can be send to Biji Mathew ( bijimathew@ksbsg.in) on or before 12th April 2016. This needs to be send by District IT Councillors and those received after said date or from personal mails will not be accepted. 6. Any issues related to Emails and Passwords can be send to Tomy Kurian (tomy@ksbsg.in). 7. Any issues related to Appointment of ITCs / Change of ITCs can be send to State Headquarters ( shq@ksbsg.in). 8. Any other queries can be send to it@ksbsg.in All the issues send to us will have a turnaround time of one week.
