Council for IT Enabled Service (CITES) has decided to make further corrections in the Scout/Guide data uploaded in KSBSG-UID Portal. Circular with instructions for making necessary corrections in the Scout / Guide UID Data can be downloaded from the below link. Scouts/Guides/Unit Leaders can download the UID correction form along with the circular and submit necessary corrections to Team CITES  click here for link scouters and guiders download the form fill it and sent     All these correction forms should be attached with necessary supporting documents as follows:Correction in Name, Father’s name & Mother’s name Copy of birth certificate ofScout/Guide or extraction of school register certified by head of the institution in original. Change of School code/Unit code Letter from the Head of the institution (original) alongwith copies of the group recordbook. Change ofdates/addingnew dates Copies of merit certificate in caseof adding DS/TSd

  CORRECTION OF DETAILS OF STUDENTS PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECTION UID For Scouts/Guides: We will be uploading a UID Correction Request Sheet in our website after Rajyapuraskar Record Verification (Next Month), which can be downloaded and printed by Scouts /Guides. After making necessary corrections along with approval of concerned Dt. Secretaries and ASOCs, this sheet can be send to CITES (Not to SHQ) in Registered Post or Speed Post (which have a tracking number only will be accepted). UID corrected in the received sheets will be processed by CITES within a period of 20-30 days and will be changed in UID Portal. This can also be delayed in case the approval is pending from SHQ. Users can also track the status of their UID Correction Request, online.
